If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my 24+ years’ experience in sales with over twelve years in the Real Estate Industry, is that the number one most important thing to the majority of people in a sales transaction is open communication and availability with a short response time to your questions. In addition to my expert knowledge of the ever changing real estate market, we use a very aggressive paid online marketing campaign to try and sell your home ourselves! What exactly do I mean by this?…most agents will put your home on the Multiple Listing Service with photos they’ve taken on their own smart phone, then wait and hope that another agent like our team will bring the perfect buyer. We don’t do this. We believe you’re paying us a commission for a number of reasons and one of them is to actually market your home well beyond the MLS along with professional photography and a strategic, paid online advertising plan.
